M&S Cash ISAs Offer Competitive Rates

Written by Karen Bryan

Marks and Spencer Cash ISAs are offering some competitive interest rates. The instant access Advantage Cash ISA is currently (10 February 2012) paying 3.0% variable. The one year Fixed Rate Savings Account pays 3.25%. Both accounts accept transfers in from previous year’s Cash ISAs. If you’re not sure whether to go for a fixed versus variable rate Cash ISA,  you can split your money between different accounts.

My one year Halifax ISA Direct Saver account, which has been paying 3.2% variable (including the 0.2% reward interest as I hold a qualifying Halifax Reward Current Account) expires in mid April, so I’ll be on the lookout for a new home for my Cash ISA savings.

My only experience with M&S Money products has been the M&S Premier Car Insurance which offers excellent value for money.
