Toptable is a restaurant review, offer and booking site. It’s free to join Toptable. You can search for restaurants using different criteria such as price, type of cuisine, special offers and location.

You receive reward points for making online restaurant bookings at a rate of 200 points for each booking for up to nine diners. Once you have a minimum of 1400 points, you can  redeem these points for a free meal at selected restaurants.

Toptable also features money saving restaurant promotions such as 50% off and set menu deals where you can eat for under £10 and £15.

Only members who have eaten at a restaurant can leave a review. Toptable say that they won’t edit reviews, but there is a review approval system to avoid libelous reviews.

There’s a handy Toptable iphone app for use when you’re out and about.

I’d always have a quick check to see if there are any alternative promotions or discount vouchers, which offer a more frugal option than TopTable, before booking any restaurant through Toptable.
