You can have tasty, healthy food which doesn’t take an age to prepare and cook. My husband Demetrius goes kayak fishing in the North Sea and regularly catches cod. However you can buy fresh or frozen cod for grilling.
North Sea Grilled Cod served with potatoes and broccoli
If you put the cod in a grill pan, coat it lightly with olive oil and add some chopped yellow (or red) and green peppers and mushrooms, then sprinkle with herbs and seasoning, it’ll cook in a few minutes.
